PULLED CARROT SLIDERS WITH SMOKY FRIES

Per Serve

• 1 x slider roll, split and toasted
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
• ½ cup grated carrot
• 1 large slice tomato
• Spinach leaves
• 100g Safries 10mm, fried to golden
• 2 tsp smoked paprika

Method

Top slider base with mayonnaise and slider lid with half the BBQ sauce. Mix remaining BBQ sauce with 1 tsp smoked paprika and grated carrot to create a pulled carrot mix. Assemble slider with tomato, pulled carrot mix and spinach, then top with lid. Serve with Safries 10mm coated in remaining smoked paprika.

Customise easily:

  • Add breaded chicken tenders and replace mayo and BBQ with ranch dressing for Texan Chicken sliders – serve with Parmesan fries
  • Replace carrot mix with pulled pork and add shredded cabbage for more traditional pulled pork sliders – serve with malt vinegar fries
  • Add a mini meatball to the slider for a BBQ Beef and Carrot Slider – serve with cracked pepper and sea salt fries
